Needle Felting with Julia Terry of The Felted Sheep
Look who arrived at Cartwheels Craft Centre today!
It was Julia Terry of The Felted Sheep with her vast selection of beautifully coloured sheep’s wool in preparation for our needle felting workshop.
What fun we all had with a full house of ladies keen to learn the art of needle felting. We all started by making a flower which could either be made into a brooch or a stem added to be displayed in a vase. We then progressed onto a variety of designs including a dragonfly, a ladybird, a robin, a mouse, a teddy bear, a sheep, a rabbit, a chicken and a small picture. I think it is fair to say that everyone is now hooked.

Don’t forget ladies, Julia Terry will be here again on the 18th October for a workshop in ‘Christmas Needle Felting’. Bookings now being taken but be quick as I think the spaces will fill up very quickly!
