Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment in advance for a class or workshop is required to secure a space.
  • If you are enrolling on a block of classes, payment in full is required at the time of enrolment.
  • Details and requirements list are published on either the workshop or course page on the website.
  • It is very unlikely that we would cancel a class or workshop, but all of our events require a minimum number of students to allow them to run.   If we do not have the numbers required and we have to cancel the class, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to another class.  This will also apply if the event is cancelled due to illness of the tutor or in circumstances beyond our control i.e. weather.
  • If you are unable to attend a workshop or class, a full refund will only be given if the space can be filled if there is a waiting list for that particular session.
  • Credit/debit card payments can be accepted.
  • If you wish to redeem a gift voucher against a workshop or class, please mention this at the time of booking the workshop.
